SHIPBUILDERS MAKER PLATES

Welcome to our selection of antique shipbuilder makers plates. The ship builder maker plate is the signature plate for the company that built the ship and they were proudly fitted to the front of the ships bridge for all to see. They usually display the shipbuilders name and location, the unique ships yard number and the year the vessel was built. It is rare to find the ships name on a builders plate.
