Antique sextant by Heath & Co, London.

A mid 20th century navigators micrometer Sextant with the classic three ring design frame. Engraved on the arc Heath & Co, New Eltham, London, SE9.

The silver scale is engraved from -5  degrees to 135 degrees and can measure angles to 135 degrees, it is divided into 10 minute increments. The index arm has a silver Vernier scale which reads from 0 to 10 seconds of arc.

This sextant has a 6.5 inch radius.

Box measures W 28 / D 27 / H 14 cm

This antique Sextant is in good condition and contained within its original box. It comes complete with all its accessories - Wide angle telescope, telescope sun filter and adjusting tool.
