Antique yacht bell engraved COLABA P.Y.C.
( P.Y.C. = Penarth Yacht Club. )
Height: 15.5 Inches / 39.5 cm.
Diameter: 8 Inches / 20.5 cm.
The COLABA, was a 50ft gentleman's racing Yacht that was built by J. Hambly at Cardiff in 1889 for Mr J Aherne - Heron. She was a wooden built Cutter, fitted with an auxiliary four cylinder parrafin engine.
